You import an existing resume into a structured editor or start from a template, and the AI rewrites weak bullet points, tightening grammar and quantifying achievements where the underlying facts support it. The result is scored against ATS parsing rules before you export. The distinguishing feature is job matching against live postings. Rather than scoring your resume against a job description you paste in, it searches currently-open listings across five job boards, returns a match score for each, and names the specific skills missing from your resume for that role — with the sensible instruction to add them only where you genuinely have the experience, or address the gap in the cover letter instead. Cover letter generation, likely interview questions with model answers, and six template layouts round out the toolkit. The free tier allows one saved resume, a limited number of daily AI generations, three templates and PDF export. Pro at $19 per month unlocks unlimited resumes and generations, all templates, DOCX export and resume analytics; an enterprise tier exists for career centres and teams.
